DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

All items are checked for visual signs of damage before being dispatched but on the odd occasion they may become damaged while in the care of our Courier Company. If your order has been damaged please contact admin@legitvape.co.nz and include photos of your damaged item(s) so we can offer a resolution.

 

30 DAY WARRANTY

Legit Vape Co. offer 30 days warranty on all products unless they are of consumable nature. This covers you for manufacturing defects and faults but excludes wear and tear. The product must be returned to us for assessment and if it's deemed defective it will either be repaired or a replacement will be issued.

 

 

LEGIT MODS LIFETIME WARRANTY

Legit Mods devices are manufactured in house using only the absolute best quality and most reliable components available from around the globe. We are so confident they won't let you down that we offer a Lifetime warranty (excluding DNA boards) on manufacturing defects and workmanship causing fault during the lifetime of the product.

 

DNA boards are covered by the manufacturer warranty from Evolv LLC for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. The mod must be returned at the owners cost with proof of purchase to be repaired or replaced at our discretion. General wear and tear is not covered under this warranty nor are any accessories sold with the mod e.g. batteries, atomisers, general vaping equipment.

 

Any of the following will void the warranty:

  • Modifications to the device, for DNA mods that includes adjusting manufacturers settings in escribe.
  • Physical damage e.g. signs of being dropped or excessive force on buttons or internal components
  • Signs of battery damage to the internals from venting batteries.
  • Excessive exposure to heat or moisture.
  • Any form of misuse or abuse.

 

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

 

SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning products for warranty claims. Legit Vape Co. will return the item free of charge if the warranty claim is accepted for customers within New Zealand. International customers are required to cover shipping cost in both directions.
